Africa-Press – Eswatini. His Excellency Colin Wells, the British High Commissioner to the Kingdom of eSwatini says growing eSwatini economy should be a collective effort.
The British High Commissioner was speaking this week in Mbabane during the official launch of the Chevening Alumni Eswatini Association, flagship youth mentorship programme themed “Empowering Growth Through Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing Amongst the Youth in Eswatini”.
Information, Communication and Technology(ICT) Minister graced the event through her representative Andreas Dlamini, the Principal Secretary(PS).
“Today, we are here at the behest and invitation of the Chevening Alumni to discuss an important issue, indeed an impediment to grown in Eswatini, named the mis-match between skills this country needs and those which it has.This is important. Eswatini wants and needs to modernize and grow its economy. Everybody needs to work to do this,” said the British High Commissioner.
