Africa-Press – Eswatini. Tinyosi FC has strengthened its hive with the services of experienced gaffer Caleb Ngwenya.
The former Sihlangu Semnikati assistant coach has joined the relegated Lobamba -based side on an undisclosed long-term contract from Vovovo FC.
He will be working alongside Zimbabwean Coach Julius Chakupewa in the 2022/23 season.
Tinyosi FC President Polycarp Dlamini confirmed the engagement of Ngwenya when contacted. “It’s true that we have roped in Caleb Ngwenya as our head coach for the new season .We have identified him as the rightful candidate for the team since our mission is to lay a strong foundation and make a quick return to Premier League. We strongly believe in his capabilities of grooming young talent as he has done it in the past and we are positive that he will do the same with us,” said the Premier League of Eswatini Executive member.
Dlamini and Ngwenya have worked together at Mbabane City where they managed to unearth the likes of Phephisani Msibi, Khethokuhle Mkhontfo, Mthunzi ‘Xavi’ Mkhontfo, Simphiwe Manana and Machawe Dlamini, among others.Tinyosi were relegated from the elite league alongside Rangers, Malanti Chiefs and Milling Hotspurs.
