Africa-Press – Eswatini. The teams from Algeria and Senegal will play Saturday (20:30) at the Nelson Mandela stadium, in the Algerian capital, in the final of the seventh edition of the CHAN’2023 Cup in football.

The hosts thrashed Niger by 5-0 on Tuesday for the semi-finals, while the Senegalese narrowly beat Madagascar (1-0).

The teams from Niger and Madagascar will play for third place on Friday (8 pm), at Miloud de Hadefi’s stadium.

Angola, remember, was included in group D, alongside Mali and Mauritania, while Morocco, champions in title, withdrew from the competition reserved for players who evolve in the respective championships.

In addition to the Palancas Negras, Angola is also represented in the competition, which started on the 13th of January, by the assistant referee, Ivanildo Lopes.
