Africa-Press – Eswatini. Ezulwini Municipality intends to award a tender for the provision and implementation of the Microsoft Office 365 software to Computronics Systems (Pty) Ltd.
A thorough evaluation process was conducted and eventually declared Computronics as the only company fit for the tender. Computronics beat two other companies with a score of 89.90. B.S.N Technical Services (Pty) Ltd T/A Netcomm scored a total of 84.70 and MTN Eswatini did not bid for the tender because of material non-conformity at preliminary evaluation stage.
Tenderer
According to the tenderer, it must be noted that, in terms of section 45(2) of the Public Procurement Act No 7 of 2011, the intention to award decision does not constitute a contract. Further, in terms of section 45(4), 46 and 47 of the Act all tenderers who submitted bids are notified that a period of ten (10) working days is hereby allowed for submission of any application for review from the stated date of first publication of the notice which was September 12, 2023.
