Africa-Press – Eswatini. Senator Themba Masuku,the Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) has warned residents of Hosea against attacking officials of the Elections and Boundaries Commission(EBC)and police officers in their line of duty.
Speaking during the planting of a tree at Hosea Silele Clinic on Monday ahead of the World Forest Day commemoration,the DPM expressed concerns about the alleged attacks.
“It is wrong to attack police officers and EBC officials in their line of duty,” said the DPM.
On another note,the plant a tree campaign will commence on Tuesday,each Government Minister is expected to plant a tree to promote environmental initiatives.
