Africa-Press – Eswatini. Thulisile Dladla, the Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) kept her promise to Gogo Beauty Masuku of Lavumisa, she handed over a new house this week after promising to build same on the 29th January 2024.
Eswatini has about 70% of the population living below the poverty line and this include the elderly and the youth.
Government online platforms reported this week that, the house with a well-ventilated pit-latrine toilet and make-shift kitchen was constructed in twenty (20) days.
“I have never seen anyone living in such a painful condition and it really touched my heart. I hope from now on you will live comfortable and enjoy your beautiful house,” the DPM said when handing over the house.
