Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Deputy Prime Minister’s (DPM) Office has reached out to orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC) who are unable to attend school due to lack of required school deposits.
The DPM’s Office is calling for the OVCs to register with the Social Welfare Offices in the regions, so that they can be assisted in attending school. According to a notice issued by the DPM’s Office, this is meant to ensure that all the children return to school to receive education.The notice stated that it was directed to the OVCs in high schools even those who started Form 1. It was stated that pupils should have registered by Wednesday next week.
The DPM’s Office pleaded for cooperation between parents and children.
