Africa-Press – Eswatini. MTN Eswatini has revealed that while the Fak’ivibe promotion has already handed out E777 000 to 291 winners, millions of Emalangeni in loyalty points remain unredeemed by customers, 9 February 2026.
This update was shared during the Fak’ivibe Prize Presentation held at Mahlalekhukhwini House today. Since the campaign launched on 5 December 2025, customers have earned a total of E4.5 million in loyalty points through their purchases of “Lula” combos. However, corporate data shows that only E1.5 million has been redeemed via Mobile Money (MoMo), leaving a staggering E3 million in unclaimed value that could provide immediate relief to households across the Kingdom.
This means you are also in a position to win because the vibe is still here, exclaimed CMO Meshack Maseko during his presentation. He urged customers to dial *247# to redeem their points, turning everyday data and voice usage into tangible cash in their MoMo accounts.
Beyond the loyalty points, MTN confirmed that the campaign still has over E1.2 million in direct cash prizes to be won before the promotion concludes in early April. With 390 more winners still to be announced, the economic impact of the campaign is expected to ripple through local communities over the next two months.
To enhance customer benefits, the company has removed midnight cut-offs on bonuses and introduced per-second charging on voice bundles, ensuring that “when the customer wins, MTN wins too.” Executive leadership emphasized that Fak’ivibe remains a cornerstone of MTN’s mission to be a Digital Life Partner for all Emaswati, promoting financial inclusion while rewarding loyalty.
