Africa-Press – Eswatini. Banele Nyamane,the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the newly branded Eswatini Sugar has declared R7.7billion turnover to sugar farmers.

Speaking on Thursday at the Hilton Hotel-Mbabane when delivering the annual financial report, the CEO further announced the rebranding of the organization from Eswatini Sugar Association(ESA) to Eswatini Sugar.

“We have grown, evolved, and adapted-always with a steadfast commitment to excellence, sustainability, and value creation. We have just demonstrated how, in the presentation you have just received on last year’s performance.Today, we take a bold step forward.We are proud to unveil our refreshed identity-Eswatini Sugar.This is more than a name change. It is a reflection of who we are becoming. A forward-looking organization that honours its legacy while embracing innovation, relevance, and global competitiveness, given that most of the sugar produced in Eswatini is exported,” he said.

The Eswatini Sugar CEO said, “the new brand identity is designed to resonate with all their stakeholders” from the growers and millers who form the backbone of the sugar industry, to the domestic, regional, and international consumers who trust the products every day.

“It is rooted in the values that have always defined us: unity, growth, and value creation.It aims to bring forward, the core mandate of the Association-the marketing and sale of sugar. Quality sugar. Eswatini Sugar.Our new logo, symbolises progress and purpose.It captures the essence of our transformation-dynamic yet grounded, modern yet respectful of our heritage.
