Africa-Press – Eswatini. Phesheya Dube, former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of ICT, has been officially transferred to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade.
According to a memorandum issued by the Civil Service Commission on August 5, 2025, Dube will now serve as Under Secretary, Administration in his new role.
This strategic redeployment comes as part of a broader government initiative to match experienced leaders with ministries where their skills can drive innovation, efficiency, and economic growth. With a solid background in ICT, Dube is expected to bring fresh insight into Eswatini’s drive for digital transformation within commerce and trade.
