At the helm of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala, who assumes the role of chairman. His appointment—made by virtue of office—underscores His Majesty’s confidence in seasoned leadership within the judiciary.
Civil Service Commission Chairman Simanga Mamba
Joining the CJ in the JSC is Civil Service Commission Chairman Simanga Mamba, also appointed by virtue of his office.
The JSC is further enriched by the inclusion of Law Society Secretary Charity Simelane, alongside esteemed members Chakazile Dlamini, Mfanzile Elliot Dlamini, and Justice Nxumalo, who has transitioned from the Border Restoration Committee.
