As a result, only his Private Secretary Sihle Dlamini and other officials managed to fly to Singapore via the King Mswati International Airport on Wednesday.

Details of King Mswati’s travel or immigration documents, when verified with the international flight travel system, suggest that by Wednesday evening, the King was still inside eSwatini pending security assessment.

Details of the King’s travel and when he would be leaving the country after the delayed Wednesday’s trip are known to this publication but cannot be revealed for ethical reasons amid security risks.

On or around 10th June 2022, this investigative journalist received information within royalty suggesting that the King would secretly travel to Singapore and Rwanda on the 17th June 2022,however, the trip was delayed amid alleged security threats among others.
