Africa-Press – Eswatini. His Majesty King Mswati III yesterday left the country for the Diplomatic Forum for Heads of State that will be held in Antalya City in Türkiye.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Principal Secretary, Sizwe Ntshangase, the Diplomatic Forum will take place between tomorrow to Sunday.
Ntshangase stated that from there, the king would proceed to Istanbul, another city located in Türkiye on a private visit.He mentioned that the king was expected back home Monday. His Majesty left through the King Mswati III International Airport yesterday at around 6am.
He was accompanied by Inkhosikati LaNkambule, amongst other dignitaries. Amongst those who came to bid His Majesty farewell were Emakhosikati, Emazinyane, Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini, Speaker in the House of Assembly Jabulani ‘Buy Cash’ Mabuza, Minister of Housing and Urban Development Apollo Maphalala, Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Bongani Nzima and Minister of Agriculture Mandla Tshawuka.
Also present were Minister of Home Affairs Princess Lindiwe as well as the Minister of Health Mdududzi Matsebula, to name a few.
