Meanwhile, Correctional’s Colani Ndlela and Golden Foot Club’s Phiwokuhle Bulunga won last year’s 10km races and will be looking to repeat their feat. Those who cross the finish line first next week will each pocket E1 000 accordingly. Veterans and grand masters will also have something to cherish as their package has been also increased.
The registration of the race is ongoing with six days to go. It will close on the day of the race, just few minutes before the race. Athletes are expected to grab the opportunity and register early to avoid delays on the race day. The race is not only a chance to win big, but also to support a noble cause and show solidarity with people living with epilepsy.
