Africa-Press – Eswatini. Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini says, members of the public must receive quality services when visiting Government Offices.
Addressing members of the Parliament Portfolio Committee under the Prime Minister’s Office on Wednesday, the PM emphasized the importance of ensuring that the public receives quality services adding that, civil servants must have name tags so that those who ill-treat members of the public could be easily identified, be reported and disciplined accordingly.
“We are working towards improving service delivery and we want members of the public to receive quality services when visiting Government offices, it shouldn’t be like they are begging the services”, said the Prime Minister.
