Africa-Press – Eswatini. GHANAIAN striker Mike Mohammed is back with Mbabane Swallows.
The former TS Galaxy forward has already started training with the seven-time MTN Premier League champions. Mohammed was an interested spectator as Swallows put Moneni Pirates to the sword in a 3-0 bashing at Mavuso Sports Centre. “He is here training with the club.
Nothing has been concluded yet but Mike is family,” a member of the Management Committee said.
Swallows General Manager Sandile ‘Beyond 2000’ Zwane asked to be called later when reached. Meanwhile, the club’s Marketing and Communications Manager Mancoba Mabuza denied the reports. Mohammed was released by South Africa’s TS Galaxy in November. The Ghanaian left Eswatini in 2015 to join Maritzburg United in the money spinning South African league.
He also had a short-as-a-sneeze stint with Polokwane City. If signed, Mohammed will replace Ugandan striker Bushir Mutanda, who recently left the red and white glamour outfit.
