Africa-Press – Eswatini. More tourists are expected in eSwatini this month after King Mswati summoned Imbali(young girls) for this year’s uMhlanga Reed Dance Ceremony.
Jane Mkhonta-Simelane,the Acting Minister of Home Affairs then announced 02 September 2024 as a Public Holiday for the uMhlanga ceremony.
The cultural event normally attracts thousands of tourists around the world and is used by the Eswatini Tourism Authority(ETA) to market the country.
