Africa-Press – Eswatini. Yesterday, MTN Eswatini visited the Mbabane Bus Rank and paid bus fares for some lucky commuters.
The company’s initiative was driven by the fact that it recently won the Best Network Service Provider in the country. So yesterday, MTN Eswatini went to express its appreciation to its customers for their support. The lucky commuters were picked randomly by the MTN staff, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Wandile Mtshali, Customer Service Lead Gciniwe Fakudze and other MTN staff members.

They boarded some kombis and buses with commuters and expressed their appreciation and then informed them about the surprise. Mtshali said coming down to the people was their way of thanking their customers in person, who havdbeen supporting the company throughout the years. He said getting the best network award could not have happened if it was not for the customers. Mtshali noted that last week, they visited the Nhlangano Bus Rank and did likewise. He said they would continue in other towns to further appreciate their customers.
