Africa-Press – Eswatini. Dorcas Dlamini, the Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy has assured the Nation that Government is monitoring the on going fuel shortages.
In a press statement released on Wednesday afternoon, the PS said the problem that resulted to the fuel shortage was at loading terminals triggered by the high demand of the product during this peak season.
“Whilst not all companies are affected by the mentioned supply logistics,the oil companies that have fuel are under pressure as they had to meet the increased fuel demand and hence depleting their fuel reserves quicker,”reads the statement in part.
Press had earlier reported that some Galp Filling Stations were facing fuel shortages.
