Africa-Press – Eswatini. Lutfo Dlamini, the Ndzingeni Member of Parliament(MP)has successfully moved a motion directing Public Works Minister Chief Ndlaluhlaza Ndwandwe to explain the delay in the maintenance of roads within forty-eight(48)hours.
The motion was moved on Thursday and the MP said the issue of the roads was now a matter of vital public interest as it affects the lives of emaSwati.
“Parliament approved a project of 570 kilometers probase roads across the country, this was further confirmed by the King in his Speech from the Throne. What is now blocking the project from being implemented, the Minister must give us answers. We are being lenient and demonstrating respect by giving the Minister the 48hours, in fact we want the answers now,” said the Ndzingeni MP.
