Africa-Press – Eswatini. Simanga Mamba, the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission(CSC) has announced a major reshuffle for Under Secretaries.
Phesheya Dube, the former PS in the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology(ICT) has been transferred to the Ministry of Commerce as Under Secretary while Housing US Hlobsile Dlamini is the new Tourism Under Secretary.
Antony Masilela, the US in the Ministry of Labour is the new Under Secretary in the Ministry of Health while Richard Phungwayo has been transferred to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
Ncamsile Mtshali is the new Under Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Training while Cabile Nhlabatsi has been transferred from Commerce to Public Service.
Gugu Shabangu is the new Under Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, she was previously working as Agriculture US.
Mpumie Dlamini has been transferred from the Ministry of Home Affairs to the Ministry of Labour while Constance Vilakati has been transferred from Tourism to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
Vincent Dlamini, the Chief Roads Engineer in the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, has been promoted to the position of Under Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture.
