Africa-Press – Eswatini. Wandile Dludlu,the Deputy President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) says,the country does not have a Prime Minister.
Addressing thousands of workers during the Workers May Day Celebration at the Prince of Wales Sports Ground on Wednesday, the PUDEMO Deputy President who was representing the Political Parties Assembly(PPA) labelled Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini as a small boy, appointed to protect and advance the interests of royal supremacy.
Prime Minister Russell Dlamini attended the event together with Labour Minister Phila Buthelezi and Tourism Minister Jane Mkhonta, he was listening as leaders of political parties and trade unions blast government.
“There’s no Prime Minister in this country, the small boy who is here was appointed to advance the interests of royal supremacy”, said the PUDEMO Deputy President.
Dludlu was representing the Political Parties Assembly(PPA), a coalition of political parties advocating for democracy.
Eswatini is ruled by Mswati as an absolute Monarch, political parties are banned, while human rights defenders, pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs),!political activists and independent journalists are arrested, tortured and killed for demanding democracy or criticizing the government and the King.
