According to the declared dividend announcement issued by the company, this dividend has been declared to ordinary shareholders registered as such in the company’s share register at the close of business on Friday, December 8, 2023. According to the announcement, the transfer books and register of members will be closed from December 9, 2023 to December 19, 2023, both days inclusive.
