Africa-Press – Eswatini. Umngani wemaKhosi Sifiso Mashampu Khumalo has announced that Sibaya has been postponed to Friday.
This has been caused by the torrential rains that started on Saturday until tomorrow. The heavy pour to this week saw the 7th day of the Sibaya People’s Parliament cut short yesterday to allow Emaswati travel home safe.
In fact, it was hoped that today, which was supposed to be the last day, will be rain free.
Even though provisions such as tents were made available for Emaswati not to be drenched, His Majesty the King saw it fix that today’s event be postponed to a favourable weather condition.
Weather projections reflect that Friday temperatures would range between 10 to 21 degrees Celsius.
