Africa-Press – Eswatini. Businessman Sifiso ‘Daladi’ Dlamini has been taken to court by ex-wife Dr Hleli Ginindza for renting out Emfuleni Lifestyle to Skip Aviation Consultants (Pty) Ltd, a South African pilot training and aviation company.
In her court papers, Dr Hleli Ginindza stated that, she established Emfuleni Lifestyle by securing a R2million bank loan and after divorcing her husband, Ezulwini uMphakatsi ruled that, she will be in charge of the property and will lose ownership once she marry another man.
Dr Ginindza wants the court to issue an interim order, evicting Skip Aviation Consultants (Pty) Ltd and interdicting her ex-husband from renting out the premises without her permission, she is represented by Gabsile Xolile Mnisi from MLK Ndlangamandla Attorneys.
