Africa-Press – Eswatini. As a result of the success of initial retail offering (Malkerns Square), The SBC Limited Group management has initiated the development of Retail 2.
This new development is planned for quarter one of 2024, which will incorporate approximately 5 500 square metre of lettable space and will complement the current retail development.

SBC Group is a financial solutions provider to the customer base in both Lesotho, under Lesana Ltd, and in Eswatini trading as Select Ltd. According to the group, retail 2 is planned on a feasibility of approximately three times the existing retail offering’s monthly rental income. The current operational retail centre remains fully occupied through long term leases in place with Pick n Pay, KFC and West Pack.
