SUPPLIERS URGED TO BOOST COMPETITION COMPLIANCE

Africa-Press – Eswatini. Suppliers and service providers in Eswatini have an opportunity to sharpen their understanding of competition laws at a one day Competition Law Compliance Training Workshop.

It will be hosted by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in partnership with the Eswatini Competition Commission. The event will take place on Thursday, 21 August 2025, at the ECOT Lecture Theatre, running from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The workshop is specifically designed for suppliers and bidders involved in contracts for the provision of primary educational materials. Participants will gain insights into prohibited trade practices, including anti competitive agreements and bid rigging, while learning practical strategies to operate within the legal framework of the Competition Act and uphold ethical business standards.
