SWALIMO President Mduduzi Gawzela Simelane says death of kidney failure patients at RFM Hospitals amid shortage of working equipment, amounts to crimes against humanity

Africa-Press – Eswatini. Mduduzi Gawzela Simelane, the President of the Swaziland Liberation Movement(SWALIMO) has labelled the death of kidney failure patients at the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial(RFM) hospital as crimes humanity.

Government Spokesperson Alpheous Nxumalo had not responded at the time of compiling this report.

After this publication reported earlier this week, that kidney failure patients were dying as Government struggles to purchase a dialysis machinery, the SWALIMO President maintained that, the health crisis amounts to murder adding that,in developed countries all those in the chain of responsibility would have long been prosecuted.

“This is literally tantamount to mass murder of citizens by a negligent state. This is sure crime against humanity.

In developed countries all those in the chain of responsibility(Head of State,PM and Minister concerned) for this mess would rot in jail for such horrendous crimes or even be forced to resign.

Emaswati must note that they do not need this to happen to their relatives before they can stand-up and call for change in the country as a solution to this national crisis”, said the SWALIMO President.

The health crisis was triggered by the widely reported and ongoing rampant corruption in the public administration and royal extravagant spending.
