Africa-Press – Eswatini. David ‘Cruzer’ Ngcamphalala, the Minister of Tinkhundla and Development held a consultation meeting with Chiefs and BatfwaBenkhosi in the Hhohho region regarding the proposed Decentralization Bill, Government online platforms reported on Tuesday.
“The ongoing Decentralisation Bill regional consultations with Bantfwabenkhosi and Bobabe Tikhulu have today moved to the Hhohho Region. Minister of Tinkhundla Administration and Development David Ngcamphalala leads the consultations,” reads a Government online report.
