In an interview with the company’s Managing Director Lomakhosi Magagula she said that they are firstly grateful to God for the fact that the company has managed to complete their first cycle.

In essence that means when you are a procurement practitioner, you must develop yourself periodically in order to be relevant with latest trends in the industry
• Procurement can be dynamic and unpredictable; therefore, procurement officers must be flexible in order to adapt which will help them to be more resilient.
• They must embrace a problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles and they must be able to network and learn from others in the industry to gain valuable insights and broaden their knowledge.
• In most instances when things go south due to supply failure or when unforeseen circumstances strike, procurement must remain vigilant and advise on feasible contingency plans.
• Forge healthy relationships with suppliers but also have limits
