Africa-Press – Ethiopia. President Sahle-Work Zewde has called on the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to redouble its efforts in Ethiopia and evaluate its 50-year presence for more success.
The president received the UNFPA representative to Ethiopia, Koffi Kouame, today, according to the Office of the President.
She expressed on the occasion her appreciation to the UN and its agencies for carrying out their mission by staying and delivering during challenging times.
Kouame said that UNFPA had celebrated its 50 years presence in Ethiopia.
