Africa-Press – Ethiopia. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has appointed Ambassador Mesganu Arega as Foreign Affairs State Minister yesterday.
Ambassador Mesganu Arega has been serving as Chief Executive Officer of Ethio-Engineering Group since December 2021.
He was also Ethiopia’s ambassador to Qatar and the UAE from 2013 to 2017, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
