Africa-Press – Ethiopia. Ethiopia failed to make a 33 million U.S. dollars coupon payment on its international government bond. The default, which was widely expected, places Ethiopia alongside Zambia and Ghana, in a full-scale “common framework” restructuring plan under the G20.
