Africa-Press – Ethiopia. Ethiopia and Djibouti have agreed to enhance cooperation in several key sectors, including politics, economics, transport, and logistics, among others.
A two-day 28th Ethiopia-Djibouti Joint Border Administrators and Commissioners (JBAC) meeting aimed at addressing shared challenges and strengthening bilateral relations, was held in Bishoftu town.
Head of the Ethiopian Delegation and Director General of Immigration and Citizenship Services, Selamawit Dawit emphasized the commitment of both sides to collaborative efforts that will bring mutual benefits to the two nations.
Head of the Djiboutian Delegation and Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, Souleiman Moumin on his part highlighted that the meeting focused on strategic matters and in-depth discussions.
He noted that both countries agreed to enhance cooperation in several key sectors, including politics, economics, transport, and logistics, among others, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
