Africa-Press – Ethiopia. Ethiopia signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Somaliland to get access to the red sea to develop seaport and build military base today.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and President of the Republic of Somaliland, Muse Bihi Abdi has signed the MoU for partnership and cooperation between Ethiopia and Somaliland in Addis Ababa.
