GERD: Second phase of dam filling ‘nearly completed’

Ethiopia’s state media is reporting that the second phase of filling of the country’s controversial Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam is nearly complete. The issue has raised tensions with Ethiopia’s neighbours, Egypt and Sudan.
