Africa-Press – Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Industrial Parks Development Corporation urged today that local and foreign companies that have signed contracts with the corporation should start operation as soon as possible.
Corporation CEO Aklilu Tadesse made the call at a joint forum the corporation held with stakeholders and investors.
He particularly called on companies and investors who signed contracts with the corporation during the last one year to start pre- and post-investment operations immediately.
Aklilu said that the corporation has been providing uninterrupted support to investors and companies which have signed contract, taken production sheds and service land, started construction and installed machinery until they start full operation.
Investors who have signed a contract with the corporation and are at different stages of investment implementation needs to be effective and start operation as soon as possible, the CEO stressed.
In the forum, the corporation’s current activities and investment flow data were presented in detail and discussed, according to a press release of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation.
