The prime minister wrote on X, “We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of lives and the injuries sustained in the horrific terrorist attack on Mogadishu’s popular beach.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and the people of Somalia during this difficult time.”
