Africa-Press – Ethiopia. The Prosperity Party Central Committee has honorably bid farewell today to Demeke Mekonnen in line with the party’s principle of leadership succession.
The central committee passed the decision unanimously at the conclusion of its meeting today.
In his place, Prosperity Party executive committee member Temesgen Tiruneh was elected as the vice president of the party with a majority vote.
