Africa-Press – Gambia. Basiru Jaye, the Programme Officer for ICT and Innovation who double as the YouthConnekt Gambia Focal Point has been recognized as an SDG Champion by the United Nation Gambia.
The recognition came on the premises of his work in advancing collaboration and cooperation, knowledge sharing, among government agencies, civil society, national and international organisations, and the private sector to empower youth. This is aligned with SDG 17.
