Africa-Press – Gambia. The Brikama Sports Committee (BSC) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) this Saturday, August 30.
The committee announced that the AGM will serve as a crucial platform to present its financial report and proposed budget for stakeholder review and approval.
“The session will also provide an opportunity for dialogue, transparency, and collective input toward strengthening sports development in Brikama and its environs,” the committee stated.
The meeting is also expected to shape public perception of the committee’s activities over the past year. It provides a forum for stakeholders to engage with the leadership of Brikama football and to ask questions about accountability in sports administration.
This AGM is particularly significant as it is expected to address issues surrounding the resignation of the former BSC president, who stepped down from his role several months ago.
