FORMER NATIONAL WOMEN’S TEAM MANAGER DIES The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) has announced the passing of former women’s scorpions team manager Nancy Frazer Lewis, also called Aunty Nancy. She died Sunday at the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital following a long illness.

Until her demise, she was part of the management of Gamtel/Gamcel football club and a former member of the GFF women’s football committee. Football House described the late Nancy as an obsessively passionate football fan and youth activist who had given all her strength to the advancement of the game particularly women’s football.
