Africa-Press – Gambia. The home based-Scorpions slipped to Hawks FC 1-0 in their previous friendly match before clashing with Wallidan. The Gambia CHAN team and Wallidan both played offensive and defensive football, crafting some goal scoring opportunities but failed to capitalise on them thus the match ended goalless.
The home based-Scorpions are currently preparing themselves fit enough for their 2023 CHAN qualifiers against Guinea Bissau next month. Coach Alagie Sarr and his charges will affray to eliminate Guinea Bissau to progress to the next round of the CHAN qualifiers.
