Africa-Press – Gambia. The Gambia Ports Authority(GPA) and DAMEN Shipyard will today sign a contract for the design and construction of two new ferries, the GPA’s Communications Officer, Mr. Gibbou M. Saidy.
According to Mr. Saidy, the signing ceremony will takeplace at the BCC Town Hall on Wednesday afternoon, adding that the government of The Gambia is partnering with the Africa Development Bank(ADB) to deliver new ferries.
