Africa-Press – Gambia. The 2023 Approve Services (APS) sponsored Kombo South District football tournament final is slated for 3rd June 2023 at the Sanyang Football Field at 4.30pm.
The much-awaited final will feature Tanji and Berending.
The final is described by many football admirers in Kombo South and its environs as a crunchclash.
Tanji beat Gunjur 1-0 in their semi-final match played at the Jambanjelly Football Field to reach the final of the annual Kombo South District biggest football fiesta.
Berending thumped Madina Salam 2-0 in their semi-final match played at the Kartong Football Field to progress to the final of the yearly Kombo South District biggest football showpiece.
The Kombo South District football tournament is organised to nurture and develop young talented players in the district.
