Africa-Press – Gambia. In a move to promote competent and committed talents in the Gambian entertainment scene, MB Vision on Friday, 27th June 2025, signed contracts with two up-and-coming Gambian artists to support their music careers through production, branding, and marketing.

The newly signed artists are Sulayman Jobe, known by his stage name as King Saul, and Sulayman Jallow, also known as Lucky Son. Both specialize in Afrobeat and Dancehal genres and are regarded as highly promising talents poised for rapid growth in the industry.

The signing took place at Motherland in Senegambia was facilitated by Christopher Mendy, popularly known as Chris Black, a Germany-based Gambian music promoter and event organizer. He explained that MB Vision is a Gambian-owned company committed to scouting, empowering, and providing a platform for young talents.

“MB Vision will manage these artists in every aspect of their careers, including production, branding, and marketing,” said Chris Black. “MB Vision will work closely with them to ensure their careers are taken to the next level.”

He further noted that MB Vision is not only seeking national talent but is also open to discovering and supporting international acts. “Their doors are open to any Gambian artist, whether based at home or abroad. If you believe you have what it takes in music or entertainment, MB Vision is here for you,” he encouraged.

In addition to supporting artists, MB Vision welcomes collaborations with NGOs, the private sector, and individuals interested in promoting the entertainment industry.

Speaking during the signing,……… Executive Director of MB Vision expressed the company’s commitment to bringing new projects to uplift the industry. “We are working hard to create opportunities for upcoming Gambian artists to leave their mark and are open to international partnerships,” he said.

He added, “The main goal of MB Vision is to create a platform where the voiceless can be heard through entertainment, open doors for aspiring artists, and put the Gambian music industry on the global map.”

Amadou Krubally, a soft-spoken man was prompted to sign them feeling that they need guidance to guide and help them in stepping up their career as they are a younger generation going to music.

The two artists expressed happiness while promising to live up to expectations without any disappointment. “This is something we have been waiting for a very long time, and today Allah made it possible,” they genuinely expressed their feelings.

Thanking the MB Vision, they also gave a shout-out to their fans for their support.
