In the first encounter, Marico FC took the lead against Pompeh Bi through an early penalty. However, Pompeh Bi fought back to level the score before halftime. Despite several chances in the second half, neither side could find the net, forcing a dramatic post-match penalty shootout. Pompeh Bi emerged victorious in a marathon 8-7 shootout, securing their passage to the next stage.
Later in the day, Blackstars KM faced Maxmiral FC in a tightly contested match that ended 0-0 in regulation time. The outcome was decided by penalties, where Blackstars KM prevailed 4-3, keeping their hopes alive of advancing in the Nawettan competition.
Maxmiral FC, meanwhile, were left to regroup and try again next season, having fallen short despite years of effort in the qualifiers.
