Africa-Press – Gambia. The National People’s Party (NPP) announced the launch of the “NPP Success Women Enterprise Fund,” scheduled for Saturday, 24 January 2026, at the party headquarters in Bundung.
The initiative is designed to provide financial support in the form of loans to registered NPP women’s groups. According to the party, the fund aims to strengthen the social and economic empowerment of women within the party and to recognize their loyalty and sustained support.
The launch will be officiated by the NPP Secretary General and Party Leader, President Adama Barrow.
Party leaders of the NPP-led Grand Alliance, cabinet ministers, members of the National Assembly, local government authorities, councillors, women’s groups, party members, supporters, and media representatives have been invited to attend and cover the event.
