Africa-Press – Gambia. A review of the report from the Ministry of Justice has revealed discrepancies in the records of properties sold by Alpha Kapital, specifically concerning No. 78A & 78B, Daniel Goddard Street and Brufut Heights B.
The issue came to light when comparing different lists of property transactions. One list indicated that both 78A and 78B Daniel Goddard Street were sold to AGIB Bank. However, another list showed a split: 78A was sold to AGIB, while 78B was sold to Ebrima Jallow.
An inconsistency was identified concerning a property located in Brufut Heights B. One record indicates that the property was sold to Lamin Sisay, while a separate document lists Binta Ceesay as the purchaser of the same property.
These discrepancies in the records raise questions about the accuracy and reliability of the sales information provided by the Justice Ministry.
