Rien FA staged a remarkable comeback against Yundum 11, who had taken a 2-0 first-half lead thanks to a brace from Sarjo Sowe, including a second-minute opener.
Substitute Abdou Jarju sparked the comeback with a stunning long-range strike, and later added a second goal in the 80th minute with a delicate chip to level the match and force a penalty shootout.
Rien FA held their nerve to win 5-3 on penalties, securing their place in the third round.
